A very simple password protection facility for Windows. Keepout
is a dialog box that asks for a password. No password. No access 
to Windows. Keepout is a nonconfigurable password program that 
is run at startup. Windows is unavailable until the password is
entered. The password is found in the help file.(A personalized
edition is available that allows you to use your password 
preference. To install, Unzip keepo.zip with pkunzip into a 
temporary directory and view the keepout.hlp file. 

Keepout is freeware and fully functional.  It's easy to use. 
There are two versions enclosed.  Keepout2.exe(40K in size)
has an embedded wave file that further enhances security by
sounding when an invalid password is entered.  The other version
(Keepout.exe, 15K) is soundless.
